In view of the CFDI 4.0, the SAT has released a new tool so that you can obtain your Tax Status Certificate from your cell phone.

As you may recall, since last year the issue of workers obtaining the "Constancia de Situación Fiscal" has been a constant issue. Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) so that you can invoice their payrolls with the CFDI 4.0.

You may also remember the chaos that was generated in the SAT offices due to the number of people who needed to process their constancia.

The procedure to obtain the Tax Status Certificate 2023 had become a challenge for taxpayers, so the SAT got down to work and with this new tool it expects to increase the issuance of this certificate.

With the Constancia de Situación Fiscal 2023 you will be able to issue the CFDI 4.0 without problems, which contains the name and zip code of the fiscal address of the sender and the receiver, so now you will be correctly aligned with the requirements of the SAT for all taxpayers.

Most importantly, you will be able to deduct your workers' salaries.
