Here are, in date order, the most important payroll activities for the month of April 2023.

  • Changeover from 3.3 to CFDI 4.0 invoicing - April 1
  • Filing of the employer's annual income tax return (Persona moral régimen general) - April 3
  • Cancellation of CFDI of payrolls for 2022 (Employer - general system) - April 3
  • Payment of PTU (Employer of a non-profit legal entity) - April 16
  • Payment of employer's dues for March - April 17
  • Monthly income tax withholding on payroll - April 17
  • Integration of the OCT Joint Commission - April and May
  • Comment period for comments on the profit sharing project - April and May
  • Period for resolving objections to the profit sharing project - April and May
