It appears that modifications to the agreement that establishes the general provisions for the registration of individuals or legal entities that provide specialized services or perform specialized works referred to in Article 15 of the Federal Labor Law will soon be amended. article 15 of the Federal Labor Law which is the law that creates and regulates what we know today as "REPSE".

Apparently, the Labor Authority continues to learn of improper outsourcing practices that it seeks to curb with more rules, tightening even more those that are currently in force.

As of November 18, 2022, there are almost 130,000 registered companies that met the minimum requirements to be on the list, but are not necessarily carrying out permitted activities.

And that is what is argued as the basis for the changes proposed by the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare.

There is talk of more requirements, but what will happen to the companies that are already "REPSE" companies today? Will the changes only apply to companies that are going to register?

And the most difficult question to answer: Will the use of this regime completely curb malpractice?

We will know in the future, but for the time being, we will keep an eye on the publication of this modification and we will be informing you here.

See you soon!
